Bank Transfer
Delivery is made after confirmation of payment by bank transfer.  Please see below for bank transfer details.
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that orders which remain unpaid one week after invoice date will be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)


Only available for direct delivery to the ordering party.

COD orders incur an additional 315 yen handling fee or 525 yen for orders over 30,000 yen. 
 When cool takkyubin is used (as below) an additional 210 yen is also added.  Please also note delivery charges below, which are separate.

Delivery: 
Orders can usually be delivered by takkyubin within 2-3 working days following receipt of payment.  Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and New Year holidays are not working days.  Please speak to us if your order is particularly urgent.  Please advise us your preferred delivery time.  Preferred delivery times are 9AM – 12PM, 12-2PM, 4-6PM, 6-8PM.  If you do not advise us your preferred delivery time (within delivery company limits), we will organize delivery during AM. 

Delivery fees: 
Free for orders over 10,500 yen.

Returns: Please check the contents of your order immediately upon delivery and inform us within 1 week of delivery date of any breakage, or mis-delivery.  We will accept returns and replace bottles in the event of breakage or mis-delivery.  We’re sorry but we can’t accept returns for any other reason.  If you have any questions or problems, please contact us directly within 1 week of delivery.

Minimum order: There is no minimum order. 
Mixed Cases: We are happy to receive orders for mixed cases of wine.
